Its case library page describes "full interview questions for you to practice", while an older FAQ entry asks why it does not provide full case walk-throughs; the library is the newer of the two.

Compare both the features you will use and the access included in the plan. The $155 annual RocketBlocks subscription and separately priced coaching are different purchases; do not add coaching costs unless you intend to book it. A useful comparison asks the same question of each tool: does its feedback identify your actual mistake, explain the correction and help you attempt the next problem? A list of features or a numeric score alone cannot answer that.

What is RocketBlocks best at?

Case math speed

The math drills are short and repeatable (its page describes an "unlimited supply" of case-style math questions), which is the right shape for building speed. Whether short daily sessions move your own numbers is something you can measure rather than take on faith: time yourself now, drill for a fortnight, and time yourself again. Chart and exhibit reading

The chart drills cover, per its page, everything "from market share maps to bubble charts". Working through them builds the habit of reading data for the insight before describing the axes, which is the behaviour interviewers grade.

Price and reversibility

A 7-day trial and a $35 monthly plan keep the cost of testing it low, and you are not locked into an annual contract. Our own free practice tools cost nothing if you want a second reference point.

How should you evaluate structuring feedback?

Ask whether the feedback explains how your structure serves the client's decision. For a market-entry question, a useful approach connects demand, competition, capabilities and economics to the entry choice. A tidy list of brand strengths and weaknesses may leave that decision unanswered.

Compare your answer with the reference, identify a branch that changes the decision, and ask a partner to challenge it. This is a method for evaluating any practice tool, not evidence that RocketBlocks cannot assess structure. We have not completed a controlled test of its current AI feedback against RTO on the same answers.

Where does RocketBlocks fall short?

Check feedback in the format you will actually use

RocketBlocks' public case library lists typed cases, AI voice mocks on some cases, peer PDFs and expert mock videos. After a case it shares "answers from our Experts as well as top answers from RocketBlocks users of the past". Its pages do not say whether the AI voice interviewer scores your answer, so check that in the format you plan to use.

During the trial, try a case in your preferred format and inspect the response to an actual mistake. Does it name the error, explain its effect and help you correct it? Apply the same check to RTO. A numeric math score primarily assesses answer correctness, so a high score does not by itself prove a strong explanation.
