How do I reset my password?

Go to the login page and click "Forgot password." You'll receive an email with a reset link.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your account settings or billing portal. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

Subscriptions that did not start with a free trial are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, as long as you've completed fewer than 2 full case sessions and fewer than 10 drills. Charges after a 3-day free trial are outside that guarantee, except where required by law. The Casey Pack is refundable within 7 days until you complete 3 full Casey assessments. Credit bundles and drill packs are non-refundable. Choose "Request a refund" above, and see the terms for the full policy.
