4.1 Account Creation
Some features require an Account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated.
4.2 Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your Account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4.3 Suspension
We may suspend or terminate Accounts that violate these Terms or pose security/abuse risk.
5.The Service (What We Provide)
The Service provides AI-assisted consulting interview practice, which may include:
- Guided case flows, practice mode simulations, and voice practice
- Skill drills (math, structuring, market sizing, exhibits)
- Debriefs, scoring, progress analytics, and interactive coaching chat
- Case library access (free and paid cases)
- Sharing features (e.g., shareable results links/cards)
We may change, update, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time (see Section 16).
6.Acceptable Use (What You May Not Do)
You agree not to, and not to help others to:

- Harass, threaten, defame, or violate others' rights
- Use the Service for unlawful or harmful activities
6.2 Cheating / Academic Misconduct
- Use the Service to violate exam rules, recruiting policies, or academic integrity rules applicable to you
6.3 Security & Platform Abuse
- Probe, scan, or test vulnerability of the Service
- Bypass access controls, paywalls, usage limits, or rate limits
- Introduce malware or interfere with Service operations
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, prompts, models, or system behavior beyond normal use
6.4 Scraping / Automated Access
- Scrape or bulk-download Content
- Use bots or automated scripts to access the Service except via authorized APIs and written permission
6.5 IP Infringement
- Upload Content you do not have the right to use
- Infringe our or any third party's IP rights
7.User Content (Your Inputs)
7.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the license you grant us below.
7.2 License to Operate the Service
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display your User Content solely to:
- Provide and maintain the Service
- Generate AI Output for you
- Prevent abuse and enforce policies
- Comply with legal obligations
7.3 Responsibility
You are responsible for your User Content, including ensuring it does not violate law or these Terms.
7.4 Removal
We may remove User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
8.AI Output, Accuracy, and "No Professional Advice"
8.1 AI Can Be Wrong
AI Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or non-current. You must use judgment and verify critical information.
8.2 No Guarantees for Outcomes
The Service is for practice and learning. We do not guarantee interview performance, offers, employment, admissions, or any outcome.
8.3 Not Professional Advice
AI Output and other Content are educational and informational and do not constitute professional advice (career, legal, financial, medical, or otherwise).
8.4 User Responsibility
You are responsible for how you interpret and use AI Output.
9.Plans, Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewals
9.1 Plans
We offer Free Tier and paid plans (“Subscriptions”). Current pricing includes:
Features, limits, and pricing are described on the Service at the time of purchase and are incorporated into these Terms.
9.2 Payment Processing
Payments are handled by third-party payment processors (Stripe). Your payment is also subject to the processor's terms and privacy practices.
9.3 Auto-Renewal (Subscriptions)
Unless you cancel, Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You authorize us (and our processor) to charge your payment method on each renewal.
9.4 Cancellation
You can cancel at any time via your account settings or billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
9.5 Price Changes
We may change prices or plan features. If required, we will provide notice and apply changes on your next renewal or as permitted by law.
9.6 Taxes
Prices may exclude taxes (VAT/GST) unless stated. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless we collect them where required.
9.7 Chargebacks / Disputes
If you dispute charges, contact us first at support@roadtooffer.com. Chargebacks made in bad faith or without contacting us may result in suspension.
10.Trials, Promotions, and Refunds
10.1 Trials / Promotions
Trials and discounts may be time-limited and may require a payment method. Unless stated, you will be charged automatically at the end of the trial.
10.2 Refund Policy

- Subscriptions: Full refund within 14 days of purchase
- Credit bundles: Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days

Beyond the 14-day window, all fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
10.3 EU/UK Digital Content Notice
If you are in the EU/UK and the Service is digital content delivered immediately, you may be asked to consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you may lose a statutory withdrawal right once the service begins, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11.Credits, Usage Limits, and Fair Use
The Service uses credits, daily limits, and rate limits:
- Limits are described in-product and may differ by plan
- Free Tier: 1 case credit on signup, 10 daily drills limit
- Credit bundle: Purchase 5 credits (never expire)
- Pro Unlimited: No case or drill limits
- We may enforce additional limits to prevent abuse and maintain performance
- Attempts to bypass limits may result in suspension/termination
12.Intellectual Property (Our Content)
12.1 Our IP
The Service, including the software, design, trademarks, case content, exhibits, scoring rubrics, and proprietary prompts/workflows, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by IP laws.
12.2 License to You
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
12.3 No Resale
You may not sell, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the Service or Content without written permission.
13.Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may integrate third-party services (e.g., authentication, analytics, payment processors). We are not responsible for third-party services. Your use is subject to their terms.
14.Feedback and Suggestions
If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant us the right to use it without restriction or compensation, including to improve the Service.
15.Termination
15.1 By You
You may stop using the Service anytime. You may delete your Account where available.
15.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Pose a security, legal, or abuse risk
- Fail to pay fees when due
15.3 Effect of Termination
Your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by nature should survive will survive (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity).
16.Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify the Service and these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice (e.g., email or in-app). Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
17.Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available"
- We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation
18.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
- Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) €100
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations — these limits apply only to the extent permitted.
19.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your User Content
- Your violation of these Terms or applicable law
20.Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. If you collect personal data from others (e.g., uploading someone else's info), you represent you have lawful basis to do so.
21.Copyright / Takedown
If you believe Content infringes your copyright, contact support@roadtooffer.com with:
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material
- Your contact information
- A statement of good-faith belief
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized
We may remove content and/or terminate repeat infringers.
22.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, any disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
