What each does well, and what each does not do

Both MConsultingPrep's CaseGPT and Road to Offer grade your own answers, so the useful test is to run a scored rep on each and compare the feedback. Exhibit reading is the fastest thing to measure.

On the online screens, the format is the difficulty: knowing what Casey asks is not the same as having sat through its pacing with a clock running. The same is true of Solve. Is MConsultingPrep legit?

Yes, on the checks that matter. Its products are named and individually priced on public pages, the test simulations and courses are one-time purchases with lifetime access, and CaseGPT is sold as fixed-length passes (7 days to 1 year). Its pages state a refund if you find the materials unsatisfactory (15 days on its FAQ page, 30 days on its homepage); coaching sold by individual coaches is excluded from refunds.

The thing worth understanding before you buy is tiering. The same test is sold as Lite, Basic and All-in-One, so the decision is how many practice runs of one screen you will actually complete.

Tiered pricing like this is ordinary and not dishonest. It is worth naming because the question it invites (which tier is best value per test) is different from the question that matters: how many practice runs of one screen you will actually complete before your interview.

Where does MConsultingPrep fall short?

Grading lives in a separate, time-boxed product

The courses and test simulations are content with answer guides; the AI grading of your own case answers is CaseGPT, which is a separate pass from 7 days to a year and is not described as part of the one-time bundles. If you want feedback on structure built at the right altitude, budget for the CaseGPT pass or a coach alongside the courses. Watching full-case videos is useful, and our own case interview video examples make the same point: watching is not the same as running cases yourself.

The tiers invite overbuying

Many products with overlapping contents and several tiers on the popular ones is a lot of decisions to make while stressed about an interview. The common mistake is buying a large bundle for a screen that a single simulation tier would have covered.

Bundle overlap is hard to audit

The Ultimate program at $949 bundles many courses and simulations, and working out which of those you would otherwise have bought individually takes real effort. Do that arithmetic before buying, not after.

Coaching sits outside the refund policy
