The rebook rate is the number to weigh most. A coach whose clients come back at 44 percent is telling you something that a five-star average cannot: that people who have already experienced the session choose to pay again. That is a harder signal to game than a rating.

Credits cost $50 each, falling to $40 on larger packs, and coaches charge 2 to 5 per session, so an hour runs $100 to $250. Credits never expire and unused ones refund within 30 days.

Credit systems take a step to translate. At $50 a credit, a 4-credit coach is a $200 hour. For reference, per each provider's page checked 23 September 2026, CaseCoach coaching starts from 133 euros per session and Management Consulted sells single hours at $350.

The prepay structure is well protected: credits do not expire, unused ones are refundable for 30 days, and one unsatisfactory session is refundable within 24 hours. The residual risk is narrow rather than absent. Past 30 days, leftover credits stay usable indefinitely but are no longer convertible back to cash, so buy the pack that matches the number of sessions you actually intend to book.

An hour of expert attention is the most expensive input in this table. The other options cost less because they teach, give a set answer to compare against, or grade your answer automatically; each answers a different question from a coach telling you what you specifically got wrong.

How to read a coach's rebook rate

IGotAnOffer publishes a number almost nobody else in this market does, and it is the one you should sort on.

Coach profiles show a rating, a review count, a client count, a rebook rate, and a job offer rate badge. Look at a spread we read on the consulting roster in August 2026: 5.0 across 11 reviews with a 43% rebook rate; 4.99 across 127 reviews with 39%; 5.0 across 51 reviews with 35%; 5.0 across 20 reviews with 25%.

Notice the ratings barely move. Most coaches in that spread show close to five stars, because a rating measures whether the session was pleasant.

The rebook rate measures something harder to fake: whether people who have already experienced the session decided to spend again. That is a revealed preference with money attached, and it is the closest thing to a quality signal in this market.

Two cautions. A low client count makes any percentage noisy, so weigh 43% of 16 clients differently from 39% of 351. And rebook rate rewards coaches whose clients need several sessions, which is not identical to being effective in one. Read it alongside the offer-rate percentile rather than on its own.

Where does IGotAnOffer fall short?

There is nothing to practise on between sessions

The self-study Case Interview Training Programme that older articles and search results still reference is no longer sold under its own URLs, which now resolve to the coaching pages. Its public pages list no case math drills, market sizing practice, structure reps or case simulator. Coaching identifies the fix; repetition installs it, so plan where the practice between sessions will come from.

Cost scales linearly with practice

Every additional coached rep costs another $100 to $250, so most candidates use coaching for diagnosis and do their volume elsewhere.

The 4.93 average and the per-coach counts are hosted and calculated by IGotAnOffer. The granularity makes them more useful than a single site-wide score, and they remain the company's own data. Candidates searching for a Trustpilot page are looking for exactly this distinction.
